RI: the Take It Easy LB will be temporarily removed

Although I do not think they will be burning where this box is
planted, to be safe, the Take It Easy LB in Ninigret Park will be
temporarily removed on April 27 due to brush burning in the park.

I will replant the box & post as soon as is safe to do.
